Graeme Swann took centre stage as England dominated their rain-affected match against a South Africa Invitational XI.
Having scored a quickfire 39 in the tourists' 329-8, Swann led the England charge with the ball, taking 6-55 as the hosts limped to 167-7.
The game ended as a draw but the signs are promising for England ahead of the Test series. With the ODI series already in the bag, success in the longer format would cap an outstanding trip.
